I can't help you with your winch mount question, as mine is hard-mounted in the front. Welcome to the forum!

Don't have the Multi-Mount, but IF you haven't purchased it yet....consider one of the Viper units with the dedicated mount for the 09. Fits perfect, half the price and all in all only a couple hours to install at most. JMHO
