front brake caliper brackets bending?

I am on my 2nd set of front calipers on an 08 6x6. The problem is the steel bracket that holds the speed sensor and actually bolts to the strut assembly is bending. It's a strange problem, because it's not bending side to side, but front to back, almost like stretching. When it happens, it causes the round holes for the speed sensor and (threaded) holes where it mounts to the strut to become ovals...which lets the bolts losen up, then the caliper starts to rub and bind on the wheel. I am having problems with photobucket right now, but will have a few pics up soon showing the problem, and how quickly the wheel will grind down the aluminum caliper in a matter of minutes. Any thoughts? Are the calipers Ranger specific, or were they brought over from the Sportsman?
