Looking at this windshield

Anyone using this windshield? http://www.sidebysidesports.com/20rafuwi.html . Thinking of this windshield and a top from them too. Better price than what the dealer wants. If you have a better suggestion, please post a link. tnks

the polycarbonate (lexan) will scratch very easily. i bought the bottom valance from extreme metal and bought my own lexan and made the winshield for about a 120.00 dollars. i just bought and 2010 xp and i will have a glass windshield no more lexan for me. look at fortressatv.com i think they sell their glass windshield for about 450.00 and the bottom valance is removable for airflow.

A trick for those people who have a "plastic" windshield is to polish it with baby oil. It will make most of the scratches fade or disappear and will last for a number of trips. It does not act as a dust magnet either. I have done this for years and it will make a badly scratched and scuffed windshield usable.

Elk cool tip, I also wanted to say I put a Half windshield on Fri. and rode all weekend up in the NE corner of Washington an received many comments from my passengers that they never would have thought a HALF shield would/could work so well, I'm telling y'all best 150 of my brides money I spent on these toys...
