Racer Tech Goes Recreational for thr New Ranger XP Line
Racer Tech has been developing a full line of products for the Polaris Ranger. We've come up with some very functional products to help strengthen your chassis and protect your machine.
Here is our Racer Tech Ranger XP front bumper. This bumper uses the factory mounting points to its advantage. The bottom half is 100% sheet metal for strength and skid protection. This design flows smoothly into the base of the chassis and up into the DOM tubing which is designed to fully protect the front of the machine from brush as well as hard impacts. It also does this by flowing perfectly with all body lines; something which it truly hard to find in a production bumper these days. Our bumper also offers the option of a concealed mounting position for almost any variation of winch available. Our optional winch plate mounts in to the chassis tubes and bolts firmly to the sheet metal base of the bumper creating a rock-solid surface to bolt a winch as well and more rigidity built into the bumper itself. In addition to the winch plate option, which can be added or removed at any time, we also offer lower horns and headlight protection hoops (both shown in pics) for an additional charge. The lower horns offer a little more protection for the front end in brush and impacts as well as an even more solid look and feel for the bumper. The headlight hoops flow very well with the body and seriously protect he lights and hood. Please allow 1-2 weeks for bumpers to ship. ![]() ![]() ![]() The Racer Tech Ranger XP Rear Bumper is a functional piece of art. Giving a truly “baja” look and unmatched strength and protection, this is a must have for any Ranger. Our bumper mounts like most bumpers do under the bed. But it also has two quickly detachable rods which tie directly into a rear lower chassis stiffener as well. The bumper is very rigid when the rods are detached and still more rigid than other bumpers when mount without them. The bed will still tilt with this bumper but to do so the brace rods need to be removed via out quick release pins. It is an excellent compromise in strength and ease of use. We were also very cautious to be sure the tailgate will fully open while using our rear bumper. This is something even the factory upgrade bumper does not do. This bumper is available without the braces as well to make it a more economical purchase. The braces can be purchased separately at a later date if desired. Please allow 1-2 weeks for bumpers to ship. ![]() ![]() ![]() We also have Nerf Bars, step bars which are available for the Ranger XP and the Ranger Crew. I will post up some more pics of these products soon. If you have any questions you can go to our web site Goracertech.com or call us at 616-928-0616. Thanks!
