They're not American made anymore! They moved to Mexico a few years ago. My 2006 was built in USA, as far as I know.

I had a 07rhino. My family out grew the rhino so I started looking for a new utv. One test ride on the 800hd with engine brake and power steering I was sold. 2012 model three year warranty. No heat problems on pass side. I have 40 hours of work and play. Goes everywhere the rhino went and it goes better than the rhino where I have had it. Only thing that hurts is the width. But with three people you have to have a bigger utv. Out works the rhino too. I love it and hope to have good service from it.

I haven't had any problems with my 2010 800xp and I bought it new 10/3/09. Matter of fact I didn't realize there were many people with problems unit I joined this forum. However I service it like I should and don't try to kill it as money IS an object with me.

Hi 2kmelat,
Sorry to hear about all the problems. If you can prove it wasn't abused there is a lemon law that protects against these kinds of problems. Some states are different than others but you might want to check into it. Sounds like you've put enough money into it. Something to think about. |
