My clothes smell like fumes

Yeah sorry, I don't know either. Just being a smartass. If they smell like gas then your Ranger might be running rich?

I've experienced this myself. My issue was having a full windshield and a roof, but no rear backdrop cover. The exhaust on these is short and doesn't exit out past the body anywhere. The exhaust fumes just swirl up around the back of the unit and into the cab area.
If you have a windshield I've determined you need a backdrop or back window. That or modding the little exhaust pipe out to the side, in line with the edge of the box maybe.

If its getting into the cab like that then chances are your are breathing it also, not good for your health.

My buddy has a 400 with a enclosed cab and he complains about fumes also ! Said the exhaust needs to exit further back. This can't be safe .?
