loss of power

I have a 2011 ranger 800 xp le and recently i have noticed that i have lost alot of top speed. it will top out around 45 with 28 inch mud lights and a windshield and top. it also feels sluggish after you punch it. i just put a new belt on it. its a dayco xtx 2250 and nothings really changed. i didnt ride far after new belt. any info would help.

I would dump some fuel additive in the tank and run it a while. My personal favorite is B12 Chemtool carb/injector cleaner, which is available at Wal-Mart.

It cured my Ranger after two carb cleanings didn't totally fix it. Works better than Seafoam for me and it costs less.
