The correct answer is B.
At 30 mph, it takes 2 minutes to travel one mile. At 60 mph, it takes 1 minute to travel one mile. So you have traveled two miles in 3 minutes of time. There is twenty 3 minute segments in one hour. At two miles per segment, that is 40 miles in 1 hour of time or 40 mph. So B is the correct answer. It was questions like this that caused Samson to be bald.
