2011 500 Crew wheel/clutch/transmission/solenoid problems

I was using my 2011 500 Crew this weekend in some soft sand and got stuck while dragging a big tree trunk out of the way. I put it in 4WD but continued to bury it a little more. Suddenly the rear wheels quit spinning but luckily the front 2 were still working. But after about a minute the front right wheel quit spinning too. Now all I have is the front left wheel working in 4WD
and can't do much of anything with just that. I also lost Park. If I put it in just rear wheel drive or turf mode I can't move at all forwards or backwards. I'm out of warranty and looking for some help. Anybody had this sort of issue or have any suggestions on what it might take to fix it. Thanks!

What kind of weird noises does it make?

Surprisingly it doesn't make any weird ones now. You can hear the solenoid clicking when I try putting it in turf mode but nothing actually engages. However, when I tried backing up when both fronts worked but the rears didn't, I heard a grinding sound like you'd typically hear when trying to put a truck in gear without the clutch all the way down.

My first guess is a broken or slipped snap ring or drive chain in the rear and a broken roller cage in the front. Could be some other, more expensive parts too.
Either way the rear and front will both probably have to come apart to find out and fix them.

Thanks for the advice. I never heard anything snap or pop so was hoping maybe it was just a bad solenoid or worn belt or something but who knows I'll keep you posted on what I find out.

Apparently I have a broken drive shaft on the front right side and who knows what is wrong with the rear. The dealership wants about $700 just in labor to fix all my issues. I know I can handle the drive shaft and feel pretty confident I can figure out the tranny but just curious if anyone out there has come across this before and if a tranny rebuild/repair video for this year/make/model is available out there anywhere?
