North east Miss

Trace State Park between Tupelo and Pontotoc is a great place to ride. Plenty of camping, g and a few cabins. Probably about 40 miles or so of trails. $7 a day/vehicle. Helmets required. Rangers are very friendly and appreciative.

I never knew about that, maybe only a couple of hours from me. Can you give driving directions or address.

Re: North east Miss

If you live in Athens, go from Athens to Tuscumbia and then get on the Natchez Trace south to Tupelo. When you start getting close to Tupelo I think there's a sign for the Trace State Park on Highway 6. Exit the Trace highway and go west towards Pontotoc. Trace State Park is probably 5 or 6 miles outside Tupelo and before you get to Pontotoc. Let me know if you're coming, I'll meet you there.

Sounds like fun, we will get a ride up after the beginning of the year if you would like.
