Elkhorn City KY.
now legal to ride your 4-wheeler or side by side in the town of Elkhorn City KY. anyone under16 must wear a helmet and everyone must obey all normal highway laws,lots of great places to ride town is trying to draw in tourism .

Are they any "established trails" that start near town? I live in Big Stone Gap, VA, so Elkhorn City is not far away and I've been there a couple times for work, I'm just wondering if I come up if I will be able to find a place to ride besides driving around town?

yes,there are several trails,very good riding,go to( myspace.com/86chargerracer)I have a lot of pics and videos' on there of riding around elkhorn.
