check engine light

Check Engine light is on. Did diagnostic check for blink codes displayed 22 25 41 46. Disconnected battery for 20 seconds to clear check engine still on . Ran machine for a little while rechecked blink codes came up with 22 and 41 tried to clear codes again light still on. Seems to run fine except under full acceleration you have to feather the throttle if you mash it just bogs down. Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is what the codes stand for

41- intake air temp sensor: open or short circut to +sensor voltage
41- intake air temp sensor: open or short circut to ground

Found this:
Check wires back from your T-Bap sensor. They may have rubbed through. This sensor is located on intake just back from air filter. If wires are good then they are likely coming loose within the actual connector to the T-bap connector. It used to take an entire wiring harness replacement to fix this although some had some home brewed solutions. Polaris now has a repair kit that costs right around $40.00. I just ordered one for mine. Part # is ---> 2875542 T-Bap harness repair kit. I get the same codes on mine.

I will keep searching for the other errors....

22 is Open or short circuit to ground.
25 is Transmission Invalid input of gear
41 is Intake Air Sensor Short Circuit to ground
46 is Barometric Pressure Sensor High Input

I think you have a wire harness issue. Check all plugs and wires. Here is the link to the RZR Manual. It has the same codes as the Ranger. Good Luck and let us know what you find.

finally had some time to work on rzr. Checked wiring looked good. disconected battery to try to clear codes made a small spark whenit made contact. Would not start charged bat over nite still would not start. Took battery out of motorcycle didn't fit properly so just to see if it would start hooked it up anyway due to bad light and bad eyes hooked it up backwards ( real dumb ass move ) turned on IGN switch fan cam on running backwards I would guess shut it off when I noticed my blunder. Hooked it up right now turns over no start. Did I fry the ecm? Hate it when I do stupid things like that but I was going to get some kind of race tuner anyway
