Hello from NW Montana

Hello all....
Name is Matt and my wife and I live in Lakeside, MT (about 10 miles south of Kalispell).
We currently own a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO (my wife's ride) and a 2006 Sportsman 800 (mine). We enjoy trail riding around Lakeside (Wild Bill ORV trail, etc.) and riding on other logging/fire roads around NW MT. I'm Looking into purchasing a RZR S for myself and a Sportsman 550 XP/EPS for my wife within the next 6 months or so.
We look forward to meeting up with other owners on here

Re: Hello from NW Montana

Welcome to the forum! If you purchase the bikes like you are planning, I bet your wife will want to swap you. I have a RZR and my wife has a Sportsman 700 and we have a who rides what, conversation on occasion. Usually we both ride in the RZR. She does not care for my back seat driver skills so I usually drive. You can have fun with the RZR if you've a mind to.

Re: Hello from NW Montana

Thanks for the welcome. I plan on keeping my 800 in case I get the urge for the ATV thing I figured with the RZR, I might be willing to do some of the crazier stuff I wouldn't think of trying with my ATV... Who knows, you're probably right, though

Wow, that is some beautiful country you live in. I go up there with cars to deliver about 1 or 2 times a month. Sometimes Kalispell or Whitefish, but typically Sweetgrass or Great Falls. I Like your area much better than the ugly stuff to the East. I have been wanting to through my RZR on my trailer and take 1 less car to do some trail riding up there, but havent yet.
