Need Help! Missing page from service manual
Hello everyone! I am in desperate need of two pages from Polaris service manual 9914985 (1999 ranger 500 6x6). I went cheap and bought a used service manual to save a little money and now the pages I need most are missing. I hoping someone could send me pages 8.9 and 8.10. I guess you could try taking a picture and email me or any other way you can think of. I just don't want to have to buy another manual just for two pages. All this came about because I got stuck on the middle of a plowed field and in the attempt to get out I messed up the middle and rear wheels. The front tires engage and free spin but the rear four tires free spin but will not engage. I can hear a little grinding but its not loud. I have never tried a repair of this magnitude but after the outrages quotes I received, I don't have much of a choice. Any advice in the area of this repair is most appreciated. Thanks in advance

I wish you all the best! Do a google search and try to find the manual in pdf. I found one and paid like $5 to download it so I'd have a service manual for my 2006 Ranger. There are lots of different years & models out there on different sites, keep hunting and you will probably find one.
Great thing about an electronic manual is that you can print just the pages you need, and print them again when they get greasy or torn. Also, many pdfs are searchable so you can more easily find a particular word or phrase. |

Thanks Russ for the advice. I have looked on the internet and only the found the parts manual, which i am sure will be helpful during this project. I hope I dont have to buy another manual because now they are going for 70$!. Thanks again Kevin

I tried this site and its a scam. They make you pay for a search engine and when you use it to search for they item they said they have it never display the manual but a bunch of other types of manuals. From the main page to can type almost anything and it will say its available for download. Wish it was real and thanks again for helping, Kevin
