No problem, Ranger looks awesome already. Not many ATV/UTV wreckers out there this will be cool to follow. Send pics as you get updates and I'll upload them as quickly as I can.

Wow...talk about your conversion kits. A+++ for ingenuity. Is the aluminum frame over the bed or in place of the bed? I see pics of the gears...what are they and did you have to alter them?

The lift is a catvos lift with 2" spring pucks and 2" wheel spacers. Gorilla axles. 29.5 outlaw 2 tires. The pic of the gears is to show how small the reverse chain is. Broke mine first bad mudhole....lol
Turner cycles is working on a billit shaft with double chains for my bike simular to the one for rzr.

As for the bed, it is alum. over a metak frame of 2"x3" steel. We built it using the factory hinge so it can be tilted up for maint. Bolts in the front hold it down. The factory bed is interchangable with alum. Bed. Snorkels are on outside of cab so does not interfere with a rear window. Had to move bed back a few inches. This meant moving the hinges forward on bed and redoing bar for latches to clear valve cover.

As far as the height ,with the led lite bar on roof it barely clears a roof beam in my garage at 88", so I guess 87" tall.

Sorry left out lift is a five inch lift. While I have gorilla axles on it I can use my stock axles for spares on the road. The 6" required longer than stock axles.
