It is August and here in NY thats the dry time. My woods are dryer then a fart and if I got caught by the DEC with the spark arrestor removed they would confiscate my machine on the spot. Seriously hefty fines would follow to get it out of hock.

I don't know who it was that posted that DUMB suggestion but around these parts that would be considered intentional neglect and if you start the forest fire that burns down the woods and a few houses then you better have a great lawyer and a major insurance policy.

BTW, Your exhaust and the ECU are set to work with the exact back preasure the arrestor gives the outflow so simply removing it and not making other adjustments to compensate might actually cause a loss of power or at the worst lean out the machine and burn your own top end.

Even the fancy aftermarket exhaust systems come with an arrestor or they couldn't be sold!

HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO TAKR OUT THE CLUTCH SPACE? What is the procedure?
