Installing HID Lights in a RZR
Hey,
I finally got around to install my www.dirtlights.com HID OEM Replacement Lights. I am also suppose to be getting some 2" x 4" Floods that I will do a write up on as well. The install was simple as unplugging and plugging in a new wire harness and ballast. I took some videos and will post them up as well. Thanks www.dirtlights.com for sponsoring Polaris Ranger Forum and offering great savings to the members. Here is a video of one of the lights changed so you can see the difference in them.  Bulb comes in a protective case. Remove case and don't touch the bulb. Oil from your hands could cause the bulb to burn out quicker.  Wiring harness goes from your oem light harness to the ballast  [img][/img]

Here is a picture of the New Harness hooked up to the OEM Harness
 Remove the OEM Bulb  Install New HID Bulb

I cut a rectangle hole in the storage box to allow the wide connectors through. I will fill this with foam later.
  Ballast mounted and lights hooked up.
