Axle noise question

Axle noise question

Bought a 08 rzr with a 2 inch lift already installed getting axle noise from left rear axle anyone know a fix for the thing

Is it axle noise or is it the brake pads clicking. Jack the rear up and spin the tire. Make sure where it is coming from. Remove the brake caliper and spin it again. Mine was the calipers. The parts was not machined correctly on a lot. Also inside the wheel bearing where the axle meets up there is some gap in some. This could also be your issue.

We need more info about your RZR, the lift kit used and the wheels you are running.

We already know from prior experience if you are running the stock wheels and have a 2 inch lift from rubber down that your wheels will rub on the frame and shock body. It has everything to do with the offset of the stock wheels being much deeper than most other aftermarket wheels so Polaris could keep the RZR under 50 inches wide.

Let us know your set up so we can try to help figure this out.
