Re: Sled Pull
We would love to hear how the RZR did against other machines that hooked up!

Re: Sled Pull
Here is the story:
8 UTV's participated (2 RZR's, 1 Rhino, 1 Teryx, 2 Ranger 500's, 2 Ranger XP's) Everyone had a full pull the first time around. They added extra weight to the sled and re-ran the pull. The results: 1st - Teryx - 192 feet 2nd - us - 181 feet, 11 inches 3rd - other RZR - 181 feet, 1 inch and coming in 7th out of 8............the Rhino. ![]() Finishing 2nd to the Teryx wasn't too bad since it was driven by my cousin's 18 year old son. ~Lynette |

Re: Sled Pull
Great story and about what I would expect, Thanks for the quick reply.
I do know my RZR has pulled some heavy loads and it impresses me and my buddies every time we have to do it. The TREX is a very powerful machine but I sure wouldn't trade my RZR for one! Gary

Just like I miss my full size Ranger, but I wouldn't go back to that either. The RZR is powerful and smaller and fits easier on the trails. ~Lynette |

Re: Sled Pull
You have to give credit where it is due. I am not a fan of Kawasaki ATVs or UTVs but if you want a great engine for your lawn tractor or some other application then Kawasaki is the way to go.
The big Kawasaki ATVs are screamers, I don't have the experience with the SxSs to rate them other then a quick test ride that left me unimpressed. I did sell Honda, Kawasaki and KTM back in 2003 and the 650 Kawi blew the doors off anything Honda had. Again though, I had a sportsman 500 and would not have traded it for the Kawi or a Honda even at absolute cost. Gary
