Need help on 2012 Ranger 800 crew

Just bought my ranger and it idles rough, pulled coed 637 (Cam phase sensor). I checked wiring and it all looks to be good, removed sensor and it looks to be good. I have 12v, good ground and about 4.5-5v going to ecm (don't know if thats good or not). Motor runs the same with sensor plugged or unplugged.

The guy that I bought it from says that he sent the motor off to be rebuilt and it had idled rough since then. I can see that the jug is new so I am wondering if it may be a tooth out of time.

Would anyone know how to ohm the sensor out before I order a new one?
