1999 Ranger 500 6x6 (belt help)

Hi All, I am new to the site, thanks for letting me join the party! I recently bought a 1999 Ranger 500, it is a 6x6 and I guess it would be called a side by side (2 seats beside each other).

The manual that I purchased online calls for a drive belt #3211094 but I have not been able to find that number belt on ebay or amazon. It currently has what looks to be a brand new Polaris belt #3211077 on it but it seems to need too many RPMs to start off and to many RPMs for the speed it is running. The primary and secondary clutch seem to be operating correctly.

So I think this drive belt is too long which would cause it to need too many RPMs just as it is acting now. Could you Pros help a rookie out and give me some direction on this.

Thanks in advance for your help.
