2011 Bobcat 3450 Diesel Shifting Problems

I have 2011 Bobcat 3450 Diesel which is made by Polaris. I believe it is built almost identical to Ranger 800HD. I bought it used from Polaris dealer about a year ago. Ever since I have owned it I have had problems shifting it into gear. It does shift fine when it's off. I can shift it when it's on but sometimes I really have to jam the shifter with the palm of my hand. I have read through several forums and it sounds like Polaris is known to have clutch problem with their earlier model Diesels (2011-2013). The common solution seems to be a Duraclutch. I have also read where installing secondary clutch and belt from earlier model Sportsman will accomplish the same thing. Looking for any advise I can get.

Thanks
