    I’ve got code 520207-5, and the front gear case is not engaging, nor the AWD icon illuminating on the lcd instrument panel. The light on the AWD switch is coming on when selected.     AWD engagement went from intermittent to nonexistent over a couple years. The dealer says it needs a new front differential. Does anyone know the front differential part number needed for this unit and/or a good source to buy a new one? The Vin number shows that it's a 2004, Built-in July...

    I have a 2007 Ranger 700, EFI. I recently, had issues with the front end seizing up & squealing. Had a friend check & a piece was broke off in the diff. $1118 later, everything replaced & put back together. Now I have no AWD. The monitor shows that it is engaged, but it isn't.

    I am looking for a way to keep my front wheels locked in, instead of waiting for a back tire to spin a little. It may sound rediculous, but in certain situations, it would be very beneficial if your front tires were already driving. Anybody have a fix or a mod, or a hub replacement option ?
