    I have a 2003 RANGER 4X4 SERIES 10 (A10RD50AA). It was not starting, so I removed the top of the carburetor to discovered a tear in the Diaphragm. I purchased a new Diaphragm assembly, Needle-Jet, Rings & Spring. I put in the new parts & the ranger still won't start. Is there some secret to...
