    i have a 2004 ranger 4x4 . have to keep cranking , starter shuts off and then try again. choke will not stay pulled out, keeps going back to no choke position. seems like it is starving for fuel, but i have fuel. spark plug indicated a rich mixture, but no way to adjust mixture. any ideas?
