I have an 05 ranger 500 with some idle issues. It’s hard starting cold. I found the carb intake boot sucking air and replaced with a genuine Polaris boot. It’s a little better, but once it warms up, it starts to idle higher like it’s sucking air. I can spray carb spray around the base of the cylinder it will idle down and I can get it to die if sprayed enough. Seems like how a 2 stroke would act. Has anyone had similar issues?
