Somtimes when at idle the clutch is engaging and will go if you let off the brake also can not shift while running, I have to turn it off to shift a different gear. Has a new belt put on a year ago. Sometimes it makes a Squealing noise ( bearing)?
Any help please?

Sounds to me like your idle is set more than just a little high. I would find the adjustment screw and turn it down. And the squeeling is the belt screaming and a good chance it is already glazed. It may only be a year old, but if the clutch is grabbing that hard at idle then yes it is glazing/burning the belt at the same time.
