I recently bought a 2015 full size 570 and when it's in four wheel drive and tires are slipping there is noticeable noise and vibration. I can feel the vibration on the floor board and through the steering wheel. I just got it back from the dealer after getting 'fixed'. Same thing is happening.

This is the resolution they put on the repair order invoice... "after test driving the machine found the prop shaft was rubbing on the frame. removed both clutches and the inner and outer covers. using the clutch center distance tool as a guide loosened and adjusted the engine to gearcase mounts to align the gearcase to the engine so the prop shaft would not hit the frame"

I'm not sure if this even makes sense, but I still have the noise.

Anybody have similar noise?

I only have a very small amount of four wheel drive tome on mine but I never noticed anything different in sound or feel when using it.

I have a 2015 midsize 570 crew and when it's in "4wd" and the rear tires slip, it does make a roaring sound and the floorboard vibrates. I believe this is normal for these machines.
