I have a 2016 XP900 Crew. It cranks and runs fine, until about 10-15 mph, then It acts like it “governs” out. Doesn’t sputter like it’s going to die, just won’t rev any higher. Any ideas?

The usual question would be is the drivers seat belt latched.
If it is make sure it isn't latched to the middle seat belt buckle instead of the drivers.
If it is hooked correctly then you might have a problem with the buckle itself or the wiring.

It sounds like the machine is putting itself in "limp" mode. While the seat belt is a common reason, it can also do this for various trouble codes as well. I've also seen it do that if it doesn't know what gear its being driven in as well. Just some other things to check if it's not the seat belt.
