I installed HL forward A arms on my 20 ranger XP1000 crew.

After a couple weeks I started getting annoying noises which I'm pretty sure are bushings creaking.

Annoying as hell. And of course no way to grease them. Anyone have any thoughts on correction?

Short of uninstalling the arms and installing grease fittings?

At this point disassembly is needed. Whether or not you install grease zerks the bushings should be lubed by hand as they are installed. Even if the arms have zerks it is better to grease them fully before installation. Zerks allow longer bushing life or less work to relube the bushings later.

I did grease them when I installed them.

I should've put better quality bushings in as opposed to reusing the Polaris bushings per the instructions.

There are some popular brands among some of the experienced forum members here. I don't recall the manufacturers's names though. You might try doing a search for bushings on the forum.
