I’ve been reading a lot about broken speedometers on here and other forums. My questions are should I buy a machine where it is broke and owner has no hours or mileage ides. He says he used it on 2 hunting trips and around is 160 acre property. It’s a 2010 Polaris Ranger 800xp for $5,000. Is this a good deal? Also if the Hall effect sensor is bad will that cause the whole cluster not to work or just the speedo portion?
Thanks for feedback. You were/are correct when I got there I was able to see it had 347 hours and 2200 miles so I bought it for $5,000. I thought I got a great deal
