I have a 2017 Ranger 900 XP that I recently replaced the front differential in. I used a rebuilt unit and that solved a vibration problem I had that was caused by worn hubs. I used for for a couple of days and then the rear differential became stuck in posi lock. After testing the electric components involved I found the Solenoid to be good and the relay that controls it to be bad. Replaced the relay and Turf Mode, Posi Lock and AWD all work as they should. The problem I have now is I have a check engine code and its 746 5. I can not get that code to clear or find any issues that would cause it. I have removed cleaned and used NO OX on every connection I can think of including the frame ground and battery connections. Im hoping someone has some ideas and clearing this code.
