FINALLY GOT MINE YOU JUST HAVE TO MUSCLE UP ON IT A LIL BIT. WHAT WORKED FOR ME WAS TIGHTENING THE FRONT BOLTS ALL THE WAY AND THEN PUSH THE BOTTOM SO THAT YOU CAN GET A SCREW DRIVER OR SOMETHING IN ONE OF THE HOLES AND THAT SHOULD HELP TO GET YOU LINED UP ON THE OTHER SIDE. IT HELPS IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO HELP YOU. LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES.
I self installed both sets of guards on both RZR's and the only thing I remember was the two front self tapping bolt/screws were a bear, I had to use a cordless drill on slow and push like a mad man to get them to tap..
Just a comment on the self tapping screws. Buy some replacement self tapping screws from a hardware store,
they go on and start real easy. The bottom bolts were the hardest part for me.
