2014 polaris ranger 400 . Headlights won’t work. No power at the lights. Started at the ignition which switch turns on the lights. Four wires to switch with a jumper. Wires are in solid red,red with a white stripe, yellow with a green stripe and white with a red stripe. Both the solid and the red with white stripe have power when you turn the key on. When you move the key to headlights they both still have power. What wire feeds the headlights? Is the problem the ignition switch itself?

My ACE 570 has the same key switch and I don't have the wiring diagram in front of me, but from memory the wires should be 12V battery, 12V ignition, lights, start. You can test the switch with a continuity tester or Ohm meter to be sure it's working. I'd have to look at the wiring diagram to determine how to test for voltage.

Did you check the simple things like fuses and relays?
