Maybe this has been addressed in full before if so please guide me in the right direction
Planning to take grandkids and family to Flagstaff camping this summer,
but I am at a loss on how to make my rigs street or trail (forest roads) legal. Not sure what I really need to do.
Here in Ca. you cannot make these steet legal
and my Insurance and all the others I've looked at won't insure them.
Thanks for your help on my problem.
If you know any Ca's. that have figured this out pls let me know.........maybe I'm overthinking it.
Thanks, Fieldplanner.... [email protected]

You need a windshield (or eye protection), a rear view mirror, horn, and a illuminated license plate mount. turn signals are nice but hand signals work. Other than that things are OK.

you will need the ohv sticker on on forrest service roads . Also be aware that if you are rideing from late augast to nov there are game and fish officers out and they will check your plate for the ohv sticker.
