Do any of the Rednecks on here strap a Ice chest down in their Ranger ?

Know my 19 xp has some nice hooks in the bottom of the bed.

What kind of Ice chest do you like best.
And what all do you take with you.

And don't say Redneck Budweiser.

Know you'd have to get hungry out there after a while.

Yeti 35. Mounted with two buckle d rings through the bed. I then use the yeti cable lock to secure one side so it won’t walk away. And use a pull type strap to secure the other side. And don’t talk down bud. Thems fighting words to us red necks you city slicker. Seriously though, usually it’s keystone light if I’m taking a long ride. Otherwise it’s a whore Russian with pineapple vodka. And sammiches. .

Found a nice 28 quart Icechest at Walley world.
Made by Grizzley Lifetime
It was like 78.00.

Has nice catches on it.
Think it will be what I her.

Ice claims to be 8 days.

I will only be somewhere for a day.

Durable you say.

I use a yeti too, its to dam heavy to start with, then fill it up and you need a fork lift to move it. I use the ranger loops to strap it down. I also have a couple soft side coolers. But nothing lasts like the yeti.

Don't think a yeti is made any better than a grizzley.

Yeti just cost more.

But get whatever you want.

Yer right.
My bag.

Didn't realize it seemed like I was busting anybody's chops.

Know people like yeti.

Just don't understand why yeti cost so.much more.

Especially when some of them are made in the Philippines.

You know Yeti, Artic, and ozark trail, are made at the same place.

Yeti got a patent.
Yeti sued Artic, and they come to a agreement..now Yeti is using Ozark trail, which is walmart.

Think they come out with different models.

I only need a Icechest to keep things for a day.
Don't care to pay several hundred dollars for a Icechest.

First to market is always more expensive. Their prices have come down and you are now starting to see sales on them. Adapt or survive. Either they will be competitive with their pricing and stay in business or they won’t and they’ll go under.

I own two (one bought on sale and one bought new at private sale at a nice discount). One tundra 35 and one backflip soft cooler. Love them both.

Then I'm guessing you an't spending $50. bucks for one of theses....
I can fill it with coffee and 4 hours later still piping hot. Not just warm Hot. My girlfriend a couple years back was in Cabela's and they had large stainless travel cups much like the yeti rambler. Boelter Brand it says on the bottom. I think it has a H5 or something like that on the blue band around the bottom 4". That cup was $15. bucks and it will keep ice in it for three days. What a great 'mug' for the money. Much better the the Rambler mug I like for half the price. If anyone ever see's them you should try one.

I can buy whatever I want.
But I'm a cheap ass.
I got to really want something to spend the money.

I got a Artic and ozark trail tumbler..

I ain't sipping on coffee all day.
Nor a soda pop.
My Doc would be on my butt.

She says drink more water.

I want a new cooler to keep sandwich meat and all cold.

I And I'm not gonna be in the woods for days.
Those days are over.
My camping in the woods is a motel 6.

I will leave being in the woods for days to everybody else on here.

I don't need to keep ice for three days either. A long ride is a day for me and ice always lasts.

That would be a nice Icechest for you to go buy.
Why? I have a YETI! You said you only need it to last for the day. So buy cheap. Igloo will keep something cold for that long. Don’t hate on the Eskimo’s man.
