In my experience no glass, roof,or doors kept dust nearly non-existent. I travel too much and don't like the taste of bugs so I went with a tip out windshield, back glass, and roof. Dust is manageable but still there.
I agree with Max45. When the weather is nice and I know I'll have the tip out windshield open I also remove the back window; keeping the air flowing through keeps the dust to a minimum. I have a 2018 Northstar crew cab. If we're traveling with a group I close it up and run the A/C. At 7,000' in elevation the A/C works pretty good!
