Has anyone put a new wiring harness on their 2010/2011 EV? If so did it fix the melted fuse problem? Dealer says mine is leaking voltage.

Harnesses don't "leak" voltage - they have shorts. Often corrected by lazy techs by replacing the entire harness. Me, I'd be tracing the problem down.

Yep, they put it on a diagnostic computer and whatever it’s says is what they tell you!

Use a 10-12 awg inline large spade fuse. Cut the 2 middle wires and connect with shrink butt connectors

The 2 middle wires and fuse are from the charger. Also check the same wire. Violet and red that goes into the MPC. It often melts on the female side and has poor contact

Yep. Been there done that. Then went to a car stereo fuse, now I’m using an old school glass fuse. Getting so hot now I have to put a wet rag around it and keep it soaked to charge it. Pain in the !$&

Have you changed the charger algorithm? That would help. Polaris has it set to charge a 400ah battery pack and it’s only 310ah

Yep. Did that a long time ago. Forgot what I set it to, but it stopped the “gassing “ of the batteries.

Good. Worse comes to worse I would wire it directly using 10 awg wire and fuse from charger to the contactor bypassing Polaris inadequate wires
