I have a 2014 Ranger 800 midsize that has started to have starting trouble. When I turn the key immediately from off to start without waiting it will try to continuously turn over but will not start. If I turn the key from off to on and wait about 3 seconds before turning to start, it will start every time. I thought it was a fuel pump issue and replaced it but problem is still there. Any ideas what else to check? It seems like the key in the start position is not powering the fuel pump, but haven't been able to put a pressure gauge on to verify.

I have a 2011 800xp does the same thing , it's in the ecu I think
Probably something to do with the pump cause it runs during the waiting period so it must be a delay programmed in it
