I have a brand new ranger less than 20 hours and the tag is not off the steering wheel. I have driven in the yard only and the rear right axle has popped out not once but twice. I took it to the dealer I bought it from for the first repair. Very dissapointed

Welcome to the forum.
The axles are held in by a metal ring on the axle spline that fits into a groove inside the transaxle and if they don't get pushed in all the way they slide back out. I am guessing the dealer suspected that was the problem. Since it came out again they might need to replace the metal ring.

Yeah o-rings on machines is normal now, helps prevent water ingress to the splines.

5414535 are the front ones, 5414534 are the rears.

I'd open the wire clip out a bit more, I guess it's a little too compressed so can bump itself out.
