My Carrier Bearing is shot. I got the front Diff and Drive Shaft removed. Not I can get the rear off. We've soaked in penetrating oil, Heated it up (not to much as I don't want to melt the seal) and tried to hammer it off. Just can't get it. Anyone have any tips or ideas?

What penetrating oil did you use? I have had similar problems with getting stuck items to release. I wound up biting the bullet
and buying a can of Aero Kroil spray at $18 for a 10oz can, but it did the job after soaking for 2 days. i might recommend another
method, and that is to mix 50/50 mix of Automatic Transmission fluid with Acetone. Shake the mix up real good, then soak the
joint. This works very well in garages across the country. Just don't use any heat on it, as it will catch fire. I have several
plastic bottle filled in my shop all the time now.
