Anyone with Ride Command on a North Star Ultimate ran wiring for turn signals, etc. Just wondering how to get access into the cab with the Ride Command Display in the way. Is it a pain, or relatively easy to access?
It should be 2 push darts and 3 torx screws to undo the tip out window latch (if equipped) then the whole center part slides forward and either disconnect the plugs or lay the screen on the dash. From there look down toward the firewall and you can see the big grommet which is also seen under the center of the hood to the right of your pulse bar. Slide your wires through as needed. On the outside Polaris usually zip ties the split grommet. Cutting that will aid in getting stuff in the cab.
Actually i just happened to install a turn signal harness that i bought from barrycomputers. It is a plug and play and it is fairly easy install. I put one in my 2019 NS and i guy i know asked me to install one on his 2021 ultimate. I took my time and in all it took a couple hrs to do.
