Just got a 2019 ranger 1000 North Star and the shifter hits top of slot and barely goes into high. I can hold it up and it flexes the dash a bit and it runs in high but in park there is space at the bottom of the slot. If I don’t hold up it pops out of high. Is there a way to adjust that shifter like a bracket mount any help would be appreciated.

I recently bought a 2018 northstar and was having trouble finding low and reverse high was also a pain. I tore the side of the detent apart to find the roller had came off the pawl. I am going to buy the parts and put it back together. I will try and add some pictures and tips!

No clutch seems to be fine, I can't feel it going into any gear with the cable off. Also I did find the roller broken off the pawl laying in the bottom of the detent case.
