I JUST GOT A SP 700 ECU TODAY IAM GOING TO INSTALL IT THIS WEEK.

I THINK I NEED TO INSTALL IT UNDER MY SEAT THERE IS SOME PLUGS & A BLACK BOX THAT LOOKS THE SAME AS THE SP700 ECU

IF U CAN LET ME KNOW IF IT IS RIGHT

Yes the ecu installs under seat. You will need to remove the red locking tab and then unplug the wiring harness from the ecu. Then install the new one.

Heath, The sp ecu has a little bit different fuel and timing curve plus the big bonus is the 6500 rpm rev limiter. Bolting this on gives you better throttle response and 1 to 2 mph top end. If you need one let me know.

do you have a power commander ?? if you do i think you have to remap it
i think it give you more gas than air

The SP 800 ecu will deliver to much fuel in the midrange on the 700 motor causing it to a flat spot in the midrange. The SP 700 ecu is the better way to go.
