Duct tape! ;)

I don't have the same problem, but I've heard a number of people who, when the squeak or rattle is two members bumping/rubbing, have used foam or duct tape between the offending parts, especially bed-to-supports. Just raise the bed, see where rubbing is going on, and wrap a few layers of duct tape around the spot. :) Hope this helps! 8)

I have the 2011 800XP, and it does the same. I hate the squeaking, and narrowed it down to the dump bed. Especially the hinges, and the bed latches. WD-40 or lithium grease once a week helps, but it's still annoying. But if that is all I have to complain about, I guess I'm doing OK.

I had the issue on the front of my shocks. I ended up taking the nut off(under the hood). It had dirt and gunk. I cleaned out the gunk and placed some lithium grease between the rubber and shock. Haven't had too much of an issue since.
