I'm looking at the stick on type that covers about 7" of the front windshield---the visors are crazy expensive.

Go to your local vinyl sign shop and buy a strip of black vinyl. 3M and Avery both make some excellent long term durable vinyl that comes in 60" wide rolls. All sorts of wild colors, color change, textures, etc are available. Ask for 3M 1080/2080 films swatch chart.

I've also been wanting to add two flip down visors. I've been wondering if visors from an older jeep or some other vehicle might work.

We went to an automotive window tinting business last week. They installed a 6" strip of 20% tint across the top of the windshield for $57.00 including tax. Works great and you can still see through it. 2021 NorthStar Ultimate. Hope that helps.

Hmm that seems like a good solution. Does the 20% mean 20% of light gets through (like a dark 80% tint) or the other way around?
