Looking to buy a 2015 ranger 900xp with 2397 mile from a dealer they want $8500
I know when cars get over 100,000 miles it is time to trade in. So what is high mileage
in these Rangers if maintained and what should I look for if I buy it.

Thanks,

Buddie

Buddy of mine just traded a 16’ defender with 6100 miles. It wasn’t hurt. Then again you could buy one with 500 miles that’s been dogged.

Mine has about the same mileage and people always comment how new my Ranger looks. They think it's a new one. If the exterior is good, the innards are probably good too.

I have 12,500 on mine it is an 09... still running strong with no issues. Just good regular maintenance

If it’s taken care of and not beat to death , I don’t see why 25,000 is out of the question. Buying used I probably wouldn’t buy one over 1000. You just never know how the previous owner treated it.

Think I'm going this weekend and look at a 2014 Ranger XP for 6700.00.

Lady at a outdoor dealership said it has 164 hrs on it..
The edges of the seats on both sides has a hole worn in them.
She said it has some rust on the frame.

I'd hate to buy one and start shoving money in it..
