Hows the sound, like zenlh posted the Bikeman exhaust doesn't sound that good. But, it does make good power.

The Aaen pipe for one is not a full exhaust just a slip on and If i remember they did not have any quiet core end caps. The one I had tested was about 98 - 99 decibels.

I'm getting ready to install a Big Gun Exhaust.
Besides being REALLY loud, what else should I expect from it, on my stock Ranger??

You should see an increase in throttle response and midrange power. The bigger outlet on the exhaust will work great with other mods like camshaft and a bored throttle body.

Thx, Dale!

I sure am glad to hear that! My wife and kids will have to live w/ the sound.
Ear plugs, anyone??

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger w/ your clutch kit.
I got another question for you on your sponsor forum. ;)

ok, Installed the Big Gun last night. Sounded great to me O0
Plus it looks so much better than the stock one. I know there will be a difference, because I could feel the exhaust air from far away. Did the stock one release any air?? :buck2:
:2funny:

I'll have to see how it does/feels on my first trail ride this Saturday. I will be back w/ Feedback.

BTW, I know why you get an increase in power! The stock muffler is so DANG heavy! You loose like 50lbs...
ok, so the website says you loose about 4 lbs. ::)

That looks nice also. I wonder what kind of power gains you get??

Although too much $$ for my allowance :(

I bought the big gun "used" from a guy who didn't like the loud sound.
So far I'm in Love w/ the sound.
I think my biggest problem will be the sound of my wife/kids complaining ;D

Are you going to get it?? How new is it? You might be the first. Now that's cool right there! 8)

I want to do some engine mods instead. Where's Dale?? He hasn't responded to my ?? in the sponsor section.....

That's exactly what I got. Tested it on a ride up to Crown King, AZ
I'm more in Love w/ my exhaust.
Also, after being next to some Rhinos w/ an exhaust, this one is definately not loud. They were LOUD! I was expecting the Big Gun to be as loud as those Rhino exhausts, which I don't think we would've been able to deal w/. But this was acceptable, especially after the power gains, and looks good/better too....
