This is the title of an email I got this morning. Polaris is such a tease. I ordered on Dec 1, a few minutes after you could order one. And still didn't get an ultimate. Just a measly premium ;)
My account on polaris.com still shows the very first step:

Order Confirmed
Your order has been received.

But hey, maybe I will get it before my last will and testament is read.

 Polaris is a bunch of assclowns.

It's hard to imagine the level of incompetence this program has been run with.
Granting the accuracy of the dates, a stretch for sure, 8/28/2023 would represent a wait of 635 days from the day I ordered it.
As well, the 2024 models will be out by then. For a 2023 model year machine.
Mine too. Close to same ship timeframe. Fingers crossed...if they meet that date...it would be the first time
You can build the same thing for half the cost.

This is patently false.
But if you want to play, post the BOM

wow ok... I am still "confirmed" when I saw some news articles stating that they started delivery I got exited.. but now I see yours.. delivery end of aug??? WTF... my hunting starts end of September, I guess I won't have it AGAIN!!!! I mean I am not even "scheduled". what is going on!! SO FRUSTRATING!
If they started shipping during the week of 4/24, where are all the excited owners?

super happy for you! anxious to see some pics!
Picked up mine today! VIN # *****0014 . Not too much chance to test it yet out due to rotten weather. The accelerator pedal seems a little hard to get used to, probably because my daily driver is a Tesla. The Model 3 does not roll when you remove pressure from pedal at a stop, thre Kinetic does. It does have a two range power train, H & L which is a great relief! The build quality seems very good.

Congrats! Very exciting.
You mention the accelerator pedal and then note the behavior of the brake pedal. I know what you mean as the owner of a 3 and a Y myself, but it might be confusing to others. So the Kinetic is always in the equivalent of "creep mode" on a Tesla?

I just logged in and noticed my estimated delivery date was brought in a week and the range was reduced by a week. It was 7/10 - 8/28

Good to hear they are not making everyone wait. congrats on getting yours. nice to hear the build is good. Hope you have been having some better weather to give us a good idea of the quality.

If you use the accelerator as a "hill holder" it will not toggle from F to R because the motor won't reverse unless the accelerator untouched. The manual specificly states page 25, " the regenerative braking...does not allow one‐pedal driving....driving this vehicle requires use of the brake pedal". The Tesla wall charger seems to be fine with $80 Amazon J1772 adapter.

Glad to see that these are finally making it into customer's hands. I started thinking that the Cybertruck was going to beat it to market!

The one pedal thing kinda makes sense. In a Tesla, I am pretty sure the calipers hold the car once it hits 0mph. Probably not cheap to add to a Ranger. At least it regens down to a few MPH?

I bought a similar adapter. Might even be the same one, given everything seems to be made in the same factory in China. Glad to see it works. I have two Wall Connectors, one in the garage and one on the side of the house parking area. Was hoping to use these for the Ranger too.
Got the call finally. Kinetic is ready for pickup at the dealer.

In New Zealand (aka the bottom of the world) I just got a response from Polaris NZ that units destined for NZ are assembled and awaiting shipping. Estimate is 8-10 weeks, so end of July to mid August. The end (or is this the start) is finally near (ordered 7th Dec 2021) 😁
