I am installing a set of offset control arms from super ATV and I am trying to figure out how to remove the OEM bushings from my original control arms. I have popped the metal sleeve off each side of the bushing but wanting guidance on removing the rubber bushing.

I used a 6” 1/4 extension to catch the inside edge of the bushing and worked around the bushing until it popped out. Sprayed all bushings with WD-40 before hand.
